About Us

We weren’t happy with the limited options available for young girls going through development. We saw a need for comfortable and age-appropriate bras and activewear designed specifically for their bodies. Suyiyi was created to empower tweens and teens with apparel that allows them to move freely and feel confident during this important stage of their lives.

Suyiyi is pronounced “Su-Yee-Yee.” You can also shorten it to “SYY.”

Absolutely! Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your information, including pages, content, credit card details, and transaction data. We offer the same level of security used by major banks.

Sizing

We understand that sizing can be tricky. But finding the right Suyiyi size is simple! Just follow these two steps:

  1. Choose your development stage: We offer sizes for Stages 1-3.
  2. Check the size chart: Find the chart corresponding to your chosen stage and use your bust size to determine the perfect fit.

Suyiyi bras should be comfortable and snug for optimal support. The straps should be adjustable, but not too loose. You shouldn’t have any gaping on the sides of the garment. If you do, try a size down. Our fabric is stretchy, so you can expect your Suyiyi apparel to last as you grow.

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and your location, typically ranging from $3.50 to $5.00. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States and Canada.

Once we start processing your order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It might take some time for the tracking information to update in the system, as we rely on the carrier to scan your package.

We need no more than 2 business days to handle your order before shipping. Normally it takes 5-10 business days to arrive in the United States and 8-20 business days for Canada. You can track your order here.

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We plan to expand to other countries in the future.

While rare, lost packages can happen. We can only offer refunds or reshipments for packages confirmed lost by the shipping carrier after 30 days from the shipment date.

Orders

To cancel or make changes to your order before it’s fulfilled, email us at info@tweenbra.com. Once your order is fulfilled, cancellations or changes might not be possible.

We automatically send confirmation emails when you place an order and when your order ships. If you haven’t received these emails, please contact us at support@tweenbra.com.

Returns and Exchanges

Yes but free return or exchange is only available in United States per order on any purchase. We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for your first exchange. Canada orders may be returned or exchanged; however, Canada customers are required to cover the return shipping cost.


To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@tweenbra.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be refunded.

You have 60 days from the purchase date to return or exchange your Suyiyi apparel, if it doesn’t fit, isn’t your preferred color, or you simply don’t love it. 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unwashed merchandise with all tags. Promotional sales, buy one get one offers, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The fabrics we use vary depending on the bra style and its intended purpose.

Moisture-Wicking Technology: Many of our styles feature moisture-wicking fabrics that help keep you cool and dry throughout the day, perfect for active girls or hot weather.
Durability and Stretch: Our fabrics are built to last, with a blend of quality materials that ensure they can move and grow with you.

Tencelâ„¢ Modal is a soft and eco-friendly fiber derived from beechwood through a responsible manufacturing process. Here are some key benefits of Tencelâ„¢ Modal:
Biodegradable: Made from natural materials, Tencelâ„¢ Modal fibers decompose naturally once they reach the end of their lifespan.
Botanic Origin: Sourced from sustainably managed forests, ensuring responsible environmental practices.
Enhanced Breathability: The fiber structure allows for excellent moisture management, keeping you cool and comfortable.
Long-lasting Softness: Tencelâ„¢ Modal retains its softness even after multiple washes.

Many of our bras incorporate Lycra®, a brand name for spandex, known for its exceptional stretch and flexibility. This added stretch allows for a comfortable, close-to-body fit that moves with you without feeling restrictive. Lycra® is also known for its shape retention, so you can enjoy a smooth, flattering look throughout the day.

Liquid Lycra® is a water-based dispersion containing the same molecule found in Lycra® fiber. This innovative technology allows manufacturers to screen-print Lycra® directly onto garments, eliminating the need for bulky panels or extra seams.
