We want you to be happy with your Suyiyi purchase! We gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached for return or exchange within 60 days from the date of delivery.

Here’s what you need to know:

Free Returns and Exchanges (for the United States orders only): We offer one free return or exchange per order on any purchase on all unused and unwashed items within 60 days of order delivery. We’ll ship your new size or color free of charge when you exchange an item. Canada orders may be returned or exchanged; however, Canada customers are required to cover the return shipping cost.

Final Sale Items: Promotional sales, buy one get one offers, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and received by us within 60 days from the date of order delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
1. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@tweenbra.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
2. Pack your unworn and unwashed merchandise with all tags attached.
3. Print your pre-paid return label (US only) or follow instructions for returning your item(s).
4. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines.
Condition of Returns: We will credit your original form of payment based on the condition of the returned items. We will notify you via email if an item cannot be returned due to wear or damage.
5. You’ll receive a notification via email once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 15 business days from the time we receive your return for processing. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount you paid for the item(s).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for PayPal, your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your credit may not appear until your credit card’s next billing cycle.
