Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary based on weight and distance, typically ranging from $3.50 to $6.50. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the USA/Canada/UK/Australia. There are no extra duties or taxes on orders.
Shipping Methods/Carriers
Your orders are shipped via USPS (for the United States) and Canada Post (for Canada) or other delivery companies. We need no more than 2 business days to handle your order before shipping.
Orders after our handling (less than 2 business days) typically arrive within 7-15 days in the USA, 7-10 business days in Canada, 7-12 business days in UK and 4-10 business days in Australia.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking updates depend on carriers scanning and updating the package information. You may track your order here.
We offer one free return or exchange per order on any purchase on all unused and unwashed items within 60 days of order delivery in the USA. Of course, you may try on your new Suyiyi bras to ensure they are comfy, but not to wear for the day. Canada/UK/Australia orders may be returned or exchanged; however, customers from Canada/UK/Australia are required to cover the return shipping cost. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@tweenbra.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and received by us within 60 days from the date of order delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Qualifying returns are eligible for free return shipping within the United States, for return shipping and shipping for the new size or color.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount you paid for the item(s). We’ll send you a notification via the email associated with your order. Please allow 15 business days from our receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund or exchange to be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your credit may not appear until your credit card’s next billing cycle.
